Korea Money Brokerage Corp. (KMB) (CEO Hae-young Woo) announces on the 30th that it received the Seoul Mayor’s Citation for its merit in Red Cross fundraising.

The citation recognizes corporations that support Korean Red Cross humanitarian projects. Since 2021, KMB has consistently contributed to community welfare through monthly donations and lump-sum gifts. In particular, the company supported humanitarian efforts for underprivileged overseas Koreans at the Incheon Sakhalin Korean Welfare Center and the Hapcheon Welfare Center for Atomic Bomb Victims.

As a specialized financial brokerage, KMB has expanded its CSR and sustainable management initiatives over the past three years. The company actively practices coexistence with the community through voluntary employee service, environmental protection, and donations.

CEO Hae-young Woo says, “We are grateful for this recognition and pleased to support the Korean Red Cross. Corporate social contribution is significant as it supports public values and government policies.”
