Korea Money Brokerage Makes a Donation to Support Goodwill Store Construction

Korea Money Brokerage donated KRW 5 million to the “Happy Commute” campaign, a fundraising initiative aimed at supporting the construction of Goodwill Stores, which provide sustainable workplaces for people with severe disabilities.

The Happy Commute campaign seeks to establish Goodwill Store outlets where persons with disabilities can commute to work and earn a stable income.

Goodwill Stores are vocational rehabilitation facilities for persons with disabilities. They generate revenue through the sale of donated secondhand and new goods from individuals and corporations, and use the proceeds to create sustainable employment opportunities.
Currently, approximately 280 employees with disabilities work across 14 Goodwill Store locations nationwide, receiving wages for tasks such as sorting donated items and arranging products in stores.
