Overseas Cultural Exchange Volunteering in Cambodia

Korea Money Brokerage Corp. (KMB) volunteer group carried out overseas volunteer activities in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for an 8-day itinerary starting from the 16th. This overseas volunteer activity was a cultural exchange program for children in developing Asian countries who are marginalized due to poverty and poor educational environments, and was hosted by the NGO 'Beautiful Learning'.

The volunteer group visited Samrong Primary School in Kampong Chhnang, delivered school supplies and animal/plant-themed coloring books, and shared snacks. In a corner of the elementary school, there is a "Little Library" established with the support of Korea Money Brokerage Corp., and they delivered picture books of various themes and levels to help children grow their dreams and hopes.

Additionally, they visited Touk Meas High School in Kampot and worked on Korean cultural exchange. Activities included a Hanbok-wearing event, K-Pop and Cambodian dance time, a snack time prepared with Korean food (Tteokbokki, Ramen), and a session for sharing impressions.
